All milestone payments held in escrow. Released on client approval or auto-release after 14 days. Payouts in 3 days (1 day Pro).
Accurate job posts, fund milestones, review work within 14 days, pay fees, keep work on platform.
Accurate profile, deliver to spec, use time tracking for hourly, do not circumvent fees.
Client owns deliverables after full payment. Freelancers keep portfolio rights unless under NDA.
No fraud, fake accounts, review manipulation, harassment, fee circumvention, or illegal activity.
Direct resolution first, then formal dispute with mediator. Binding decision within 14 days.
Limited to fees paid in prior 12 months. No liability for indirect damages.
